run in the woods

I seem to be always trying to catch up with myself these days!
This time I'm managing to catch up in one day, this is the last, but don't know how long it will last!
Volunteered at parkrun and then went for a longer run in the woods (to avoid the worst of the wind) with a friend.
Back home have done various jobs, watched a bit of catch-up TV and must finish the ironing before bed.
Up early to go to Grangemouth to learn how to be a Jog Leader
