Out with the CTC cycling club today. It was the last long ride before the clocks go back. So it was a 70 miler and quite windy and hilly. Two new cafes both quite different but good. Stunning day, the sun shone and the scenery was stunning.

Mr PB has been to see his mum and she is ok, weak, stil not eating or drinking much. It looks like we are at the next stage and nursing care is ahead of us.
