A short one tonight as I don't want to get two days behind, but on the other hand I'm pretty knackered after a day of walking around and - especially - quite a lot of sitting around drinking beers outside.

Fascinating walk up on the North side of Gdańsk (in the rain), viewing places made famous by Solidiarity in the 1980s as well as taking a look at the European Solidarity Centre, which is a stunning building. I was disappointed to see that the coffee shop in there was using a nespresso machine, rather than a proper espresso machine.
