City by the sea

So minutes after I posted yesterday's picture, my flight home was cancelled. No other chance of getting home last night but I managed to get a booking to travel via Frankfurt this morning. Fine, and the timing worked to get me back for something important this afternoon, but I got to the airport and then.. the first flight was delayed! Twice - once before flying and then on landing at Frankfurt - I got messages telling me I didn't have time to make my connection. But after a rather tense sprint (well, jog ;) across the airport I made it by the skin of my teeth.

The approach to Aberdeen, though bumpy, was a treat, coming in over the coast with the city laid below, ships in the bay and the Dee snaking out to the sea.
