Paella

The weather continues hot and dry.

We are experiencing higher temperatures I think for this time of year.    And as the sun is lower in the sky we get it shining on the Balcony for most of the day.

I have taken some photos this week, but to confess they have not been the best, so I have not done a blip for a few days.   However, I thought I would make a Paella today and we could make the most of the last light evening before the clocks go back tonight.   An extra hour in bed or that is the theory!
