there was a rather good stripy blue sky just now - so i added it in extras.

reading:  finished La Belle Sauvage - Vol 1 of The Book of Dust by Philip Pullman, which i enjoyed sufficiently to order The Dark Materials trilogy.  so currently on book 1 - Northern Lights.....to be honest i'll read anything that puts off the dreaded day when i feel i have to pick up Paul Auster's 4321  :-/
