Yellow Eyed Penguin (Hoiho)

A big day out today with yesterday's arrival (Sebastian) and his parents.  

We went down to Oamaru for shopping, lunch and a big play at the steam punk park, then a trip out to Moeraki for Sebastian to see the rabbits - well he's far more interested in them than the penguins.  His list goes; rabbits, seals, penguins.  Mine is a little different!

Not much evidence of penguins about this evening, but this chap did come out of the sea to model his new summer coat for us.
