Loopy

Didn't do much this morning.
After lunch  and Squirrel's gymnastics SWMBO and I walked up to the station and met SWMBO's cousin and her partner. She used to be an actress and before moving on to the TV series Soldier Soldier she was in a kids programme (That's her in the first minute) where she spent half her time hanging upside down. 
She used to do that as a kid too (from the trees in her garden).
Nowadays she just hangs from outdoor gym equipment ..... but in a different orientation.

The monsters were really taken with them (unsurprisingly).
M spent most of the afternoon teaching Squirrel how to draw stars with various numbers of points and The Cygnet 'tricks' and quick ways to multiply and do arithmetic.
No idea what this conversation was about but it was fairly intense.

SWMBO drove over to Bags'  with various foodstuffs and such while the monsters and I walked over with K & M - stopping at the play park and gym equipment for a while so the kids could show off. K refused to show off her hanging upside down skills though.

Diner was had, books were given to the monsters and then an very pleasant evening of conversation between adults was had.
