Rough

After completing my list of things to do I headed off in the afternoon to Loch Leven for a change of scenery. It's great if you're bird watching, fishing for trout, walking the dog or cycling. Not so great for me and photography.

I did have a chat with this guy who has been rough camping for the last six weeks in the area. Originally from Birmingham he'd opted to drop out of society, as you do, and remove himself from the stress of life as we know it – although I would imagine sleeping rough outdoors brings its own stresses. We were joined by one of his friends trailing a salvaged golf trolley with a piece of wood on it which, apparently, was going to be transformed into a bird table.
