The Flower Starts to Open

I took this plant on the 25th Oct.            See 'D' Blip Page

I have now found out the plants name thanks to Sunflower saying it is part of the pineapple family. It's proper name is Bromeliad Fascicularia, A Chilean Pineapple Plant
