Degas vu

Imagine travelling from one of the wetter parts of the UK to one of the drier - and being rained on! We took the train through London to Cambridge this morning and walked up to the Botanic Garden - my daughter to meet her friend and I to meet mine.

I spent several hours at the Botanics - including an hour or so in the drizzle - and then went along to the Fitzwilliam Museum to vu the Degas exhibition. It was no doubt very good, but it only confirmed my suspicion that I'm not really fond of this artist!

Not to worry -  we both had a good day. I rather liked this couple sitting among the nerines.
