Some views of near the canal, in Rishton.

I went for an afternoon stroll, well wrapped up, as it is considerably colder.
I intended to see if the swans were on our part of the canal.
I was delighted to discover the parent swans and three of the grown up cygnets.
I took a few quick captures of local houses, to add to the impression of the area near the canal, as it dates to Victorian times.
