Compress

Following on from yesterday’s blip regarding my new physio. Is the new compression tubes I am now wearing. They have a pattern to them and they leave a pattern on my skin after removal, future blip idea right there. Today was a rest day, no appointments, tried to rest and only do gentle exercises.
