I had a great turnout tonight for coaching and had the group doing 5 x 200m stride outs and then 3 x 200, 1@stride out Pace next one faster and last one as fast as they can. Everyone enjoyed it and I can see some really big improvements in all the runners. I had a great result today in looking for an elusive water leak, the service request said if I can find it then I am Bloody Awesome. I spent some, well a lot of extra time on it today as the next stage would be for the Tennis centre to replumb the premises which would cost 10's of thousands of dollars. My first hit was out in the carpark but the noise was coming from a leaking toilet cistern turned it off and the noise stopped only one word for that, bugger. I eventual found it and everyone was absolutely stoked. Another very challenging job and one to learn from. I shot a few images of a surfer trying to swim on his board as he was not catching many waves tonight and shot a few Seagulls, this one was flying into the head wind right above me stopping and swinging around and gliding away with the wind. Leak detection I have a better listening Equipment today.
