Steel City

Back in Sheffield to see Richard Thompson at the City Hall. Photography being prohibited here is a picture of the ceiling of the foyer as we were heading home.
A full on day with our voluntary jobs this morning, eye tests and choosing new specs this afternoon and the trip to Sheffield after an early tea.
RT was terrific. An acoustic set which included all my favorite numbers. It struck me that in 3 weeks we've been to 3 gigs that have all been marked by great performances of some incredible songs. A real wealth of songwriting talent.
A month now to the next one.
