Pointed shoes

Today is St Crispin's Day, the saint that gives me my Blip alias.
He is the patron saint of cobblers and shoemakers

I attended a function today and kept my eyes down until I found some appropriate footwear.

"Yes, of course, you can take a photo of my shoes", she said.
