Red Admiral

Spotted this beauty enjoying the sunshine on the asters while we were out at Binny Plants today. I managed to buy some bulbs for the daffodils which I admired in the spring. Now I just need to get them planted. I won't expect much of them this year, but hopefully in the future.
In the meantime, lovely to see butterflies about still and this one was a huge specimen.
