Science Festival

Every year the university holds a free science festival on Palace Green during half term. It’s full of experiments and hands-on activities for children (and a thoughtfully provided cafe area for parents!). Today’s activities of choice were bubble pictures, extracting dna from a strawberry, magnetic forces, learning about pathology testing(!) and building earthquake proof structures - as above.
