Doh...

Mid morning we dropped the eldest off at a friend’s house, then Iain, the girls and I drove over to the Corn Exchange for the Scottish Vegan Festival.

Hot, busy and more doughnuts and cupcakes than I think I’ve seen under one roof for a while.

We wandered the stalls, bought some (overpriced) food and people watched.

Then we nipped next door for a food shop and headed home.

I spent the next few hours making a lasagne and a nomato sauce.

The lasagne was lush!
