Banana Loaf

..I don't like bananas so I got DD to mash them up and had to mix them into the cake quickly before the smell got up my nose, but it tastes delish!

And then she begged me to make her a nutella and banana toastie, I am her favourite parent apparently.

Banana Loaf Recipe

2 large ish bananas
4 oz butter
5 oz sugar
2 eggs
8 oz SR flour

Cream the butter and sugar together, beat in the eggs. Mash the bananas, and mix into the butter and sugar, fold in flour.

Bake in a large loaf tin at 180C for about 40 minutes
