Cicada

The cicadas were deafening on one section of my walk today but they're often so hard to see. I managed to spot this one up in a tree but couldn't get a clear shot of him. To my huge surprise he flew to the ground and stayed around this piece of grass for a while. His legs were still moving by the time I'd finished photographing him so he couldn't have just been dead!!!
