The Drum

I was out for a bike ride through some of the lanes around my house. I came across a pile of tyres that had just been tipped. Suitably outraged I thought I would photograph them on the way home. 50 yards further up the road the drum was sitting there in a piece of scrub land at the side of the road. How on earth did it get there?

The remnants of some ancient battle? The detritus from a Coldplay video shoot. Who knows?
