Abandoned home

After our appointments in town, I went to Burgoyne looking for more abandoned building shots because there are a few possibilities there.This old home is close to the edge of the road and is surrounded by lovely trees, and the maples are finally turning golden.  The shadows made the shot a bit tricky, but I couldn't resist taking this because of the leaf with its stem stuck between two boards on the door and the autumn reflections in the dirty windows.  I have blipped this building before.  I always wonder what it must have been like to live here when this was built, apparently in 1901.
