City Park, Bradford

TUESDAY

Took the train over to Bradford to attend an event as part of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work. I really enjoyed hearing some of the speakers who were entertaining as well as informative.

It's almost 38 years since I worked in Bradford and being at the City Hall brought back lots of memories. Paul Hockney (David's brother) was Lord Mayor at the time.

I bumped into a few ex-work colleagues from more recent times - it was good to have a catch up.

Back to Huddersfield this afternoon. The extra was taken of St George's Square which I thought was looking good under the lights as I headed back to the car.
