Red House Roof - Finished

The new roof project was started on June 14th and finally got completed today, over 4 months later. That feels good!
As always the last couple of small jobs never quite got done. The downpipes from the guttering were half in place and just waiting for a combination of returned health and a sunny day.  Well, I've more-or-less fulfilled the first criteria and according to the weather forecast it is going to REALLY rain tomorrow so when today's rain paused I rushed out to complete the work!  The rain didn't pause long enough, but once outside and working the rain didn't matter so much.
Once the downpipes were in place I cleaned the leaves out of the gutters too.
As I mentioned earlier we are forecast 20 - 30 mm of rain tomorrow, so that should be a good test of those gutters and down pipes!
