Abstract cabbage macro (Day 901)

I stumbled up the hill in the half light of dawn whilst a blustery wind blew in cold rain. I have had more pleasant walks.
A bit later, I set off to town to collect a few things from the merchants and then on to a job fitting an outside tap at the garage I use. It should have been easy enough, but it was a fairly long pipe run which I had to weave behind stacks of tyres, and along a high ledge. Whilst I cursed my way through the job, the van got an MOT test done.
I was home in time to see my beautiful wife before she zoomed off to another overnight shift at work.
I hadn't had the camera out of the bag today - no one wants to see stacks of tyres - and decided to have a play around with the macro lens and HV's flowers. I quite liked this one, and the two added as extras...
