Original?
A busy day starting with getting dad to his GPs for 8.30am! Not easy as he's always at his worst in the morning with respect to his Rheumatoid Arthritis, and battling rush hour traffic. But we made it with 5 minutes to spare.... Flu jab and blood test sorted within minutes. Then a bit of a ticking off from his lovely nurse practitioner. He didn't believe me that he was underweight, until she weighed him - only 9st!! So we've now got a prescription for some high fat milk shakes for him to try and get him to put some pounds on.
He wasn't feeling all that well, so we drove to Carsington Water for a quick breakfast, and then I took him back home.
A few domestic chores this afternoon, then time to get ready for a meal out with friends.
In all of this I completely forgot about a photo.
So here's the Minton tiled floor in our 1932 semi, taken at about 12.40m this evening. One of the original features remaining in the house. The other being the dark wood panelling in the hall. Not to everyone's taste as it does make the hall quite dark, especially at this time of the year. But I love it.
