Give me shelter.

Another wet & dreary day, but that didn't stop us going out this morning. J dropped me off near the main street in Porthcawl, while he went off to the model shop, for some man  chat.   I had a quick mooch around the shops, and walked down to the harbour. It was deserted today, which was hardly surprising, and still quite windy, although nothing like it was last Saturday. When J phoned, to see if I was ready, I suggested he come meet me, for a coffee in the harbour coffee shop. I waited outside for him, and we managed to get a good seat near the window. We fancied trying one of the huge pasties, and choose the Steak & W ales, which was served with salad & slaw.It's a good job we decided to share, as I could never have eaten  a whole one myself. I took this photo on our way back to the car, and as you can see, even the fishermen weren't out, which  is very rare indeed.
