So this is my unplanned blip,

I had a gentle stretch based yoga session after work and then went round to see an ex-colleague in her home. She wanted me to do a tarot reading for her and in return she made me some nice soup and told Me all about this product which she’d got from America - apparently it’s very good for you and I wondered if she’d put some in the soup! I googled it when I got home and it appears to be fossilised bugs or tiny fish!
