Bounced Czechs

There's a bit of a battle of wills going on with the parking down this street at the moment. What I didn't realise though was that it had extended down to the more exclusive end of the road. Ob my walk to the Co-Op this morning I saw this stuck to the car of, what appears to be, some Czech students who have recently let a nice house near the top. I don't suppose they have parking etiquette in Bratislava. And do you think they'd get the irony?
I was thinking if it was in the mind of the phantom Post-It sticker to add "..you b*****ds" at the end.
