PRACTICE

Choir practice and we spent a few minutes revising our parts for the Remembrance Service where we'll be singing on 12th November. It's outside, next to the sea, with no amplification and so usually nobody can hear us anyway, but we try to get it all right. (One of the newer members complained that the words weren't on the music. Another member complained that his bass part for "Oh God Our Help In Ages Past" wasn't the same tune as he'd learned at primary school 80 years ago... when he was a treble. You can tell that we're not a professional choir.)
