Mono

The Blip isn't intended as a mono Monday offering, but I suppose it could be.

It has been a grey, dark and damp day. Not ideal for a Monday at the end of October. The BBC forecast was for the weather to dry up and get brighter in the afternoon. It didn't.

My mood has been OK in the circumstances.

I heard a feature on the radio (English, not Gaelic) about mindfulness  as I was driving home after my harbourside coffee and Bliptaking. In fact I'd had such a moment as I was getting the Blip, with the warm breeze coming in off the sea and bringing with it a huge smell of seaweed.

Right, time to clean up the kitchen now.
