Improve

A restless night, however, today has been a good day.

I’ve done a food shop to buy foods that are renal friendly, and I’ve probably eaten more today than I’ve done for quite some time.

The weather wasn’t great though, although apparently it should have improved later on in the day.  I didn’t see it.
