Stick Insect

I found this one in my porch this morning. 

I have looked it up and I think it is a Vietnamese, or Rambles Artemis Stick Insect.

I have seen them in the summer in my next doors hedge. 

I think they can survive down here because of the mild winters we have. 

They may have belonged to children and have escaped.

Not sure if I should just leave it there, if I do it has nothing to eat or drink.
