Coach trip

St Albans Striders organised a coach down to Portsmouth for the Great South Run today. It was an early 6:30 start, and the last 2 miles of the 10 mile run into a gale were tough (especially when for me cramp took hold in the final mile), but it was a most enjoyable day out. The GSR  has always been one of my absolute favourite races. I'm shattered now though.
