Itchy

Camping tonight at Doran Regional Park in Bodega Bay, CA. This is my first ever visit to the area, though I grew up not too far from here. Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds was filmed in Bodega Bay in the 1960's...it would seem with good reason--there are birds everywhere! This cormorant was perched atop a tower in the mouth of the bay; it had just been vigorously scratching its chin with its foot.
