Uneventful day at work, except for the hour money laundering training.

The plan was to make a white-chocolate-peppermint-triangle-fridge-tart, after tea. As C worked till 8 it was a nearly midnight bake. I bought the wrong cream. I'm still not used to different creams for different uses with different levels of plastic in them. When did cream stopped being just cream? Anyway the cream was unwhippable & our triangle tart became a pyrex bowl tart. We can always have it in a bowl with carnation milk instead of on a sideplate with chocolate sauce drizzled on the side.

When we went to bed I realised I didn't take a photo to blip, so an empty Wagtail Brewery English Ale bottle had to pose as model. Was a nice ale as well.

Wheather was sunny and not too chilly
