Curious

Even though the hens have to walk only a few metres to the creek, they prefer to drink out of a bucket in their house. This morning I put the bucket of fresh water down so I could open the door and let the hens out and one of the lambs came to investigate.
The extra photo shows an early bloom I noticed on a neighbour's climbing rose when Bella and I went for our egg delivery walk.
