Toronto Marathon

I did the Toronto waterfront marathon today. It was tough - my slowest marathon of the year at 4.55. The course was flat & weather good so can't blame it on that. I think a week's conference beforehand with indulgence didn't help, but just didn't have mojo for it. Anyway, it's a completed marathon, I won't worry about time in a few weeks.
