First try

Experimenting with dairy free baking. These are chocolate covered date caramel bars. Think I need to perfect the art of covering them in chocolate without getting chocolate everywhere, including all over myself.

I’m now impatiently waiting for them to set...

Update - taste superb, very rich intense flavour..
