In full flight

Oh, she loves a windy beach! The waves were still pretty wild, we wondered about the man out paddle boarding especially when he kept falling off but happily saw him come to shore all safely. Will and I trotted along, I bought a zip, we went for a hot chocolate and turmeric latte (enough with them I think) and came home having first used a French bulldog to lure Rosie close enough to catch her.

And that was pretty much the activity for the day apart from making some sausage rolls for tea. I am all about the healthy, nutritious dinners at the moment. And tomorrow yet another 5am start to go and drink champagne with the Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk.
