Kettlebell Challenge
Today was day 1 of my 21 day kettlebell challenge. It's a simple but effective way to start to lose inches by following a simple 5-10 minute interval session each day.
I need to do this.. I stupidly put on too much weight while pregnant and now it's time to get back in shape.
So day 1 done.
It was difficult as i haven't done any exercise like this since early on in my pregnancy. By the end of the day, my thighs were burning but this shows I'd done the exercise properly.
Just 20 more days to go!!
