Royalty?

MrsCyclops and I went to the Lyceum tonight to see The Guid Sisters. It was entertaining and the performances were compelling, but overall the production felt a bit disjointed.

We sometimes get a box (midweek they cost no more than any other seats) as there is more legroom there for a tall guy like me. The box we were in this evening had a picture in it of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh (many years ago) sitting in exactly the same seats we were using - you can just see it in the background of this photo. We felt a little bit like Royalty. Only less well dressed. Poorer. Less well travelled. Less interesting. Less sophisticated... OK so not that like Royalty...
