Still looking good!

After the rather wet morning things dried up a bit in the afternoon and I went over to Pollok Park for a walk .... the morning is not a good time unless you want to be swept along with the park runners.

The ground was covered with soggy wet leaves but the dogs were having a wonderful time getting wetter and muddier by the minute as they snuffled among the fallen foliage.

The dahlia bed is fairly well protected and there are still quite a number of the colourful flowers still blooming. I think the gardeners leave this plot as long as possible before digging it over.
