Baton Bob , The Mayor of Mirth has been a beloved Drum Majorette strutting down Peachtree Street for years in many fabulous costumes.    I have seen him  many times before but never able to get a picture.  This time sitting at a light he passed me my - I grabbed my phone and here he is.  Look him up on Wikipedia.
