Afternoon sun

Sam went off on a whole school sponsored walk today in the drizzly rain, grumpily having agreed to take a waterproof and wellies.  I did feel sorry for them, the weather couldn't have been more unpleasant.  

However, they all did it and came back smiling.

And what a glorious change this afternoon, albeit briefly, a burst of bright sun through the showers as I took the dog for a walk.
