This afternoon the burst in the pipe which provides our 5 neighbours and us with water was located.
It took a mammoth effort by everyone involved and was made so much easier by everyone cooperating to get the job done. Our plumber was fab.
I will confess to being more than a bit delighted that the burst was under our neighbours extension and not ours. Having the hall and possibly living room floors pulled up wasn't on my list of must do activities.

It's all fixed now, 5 loads of washing have been done since 2pm, hot showers enjoyed and now a cheeky wee G&T.

Bro4 has loved every bit of the drama from handwashing his own clothes yesterday to helping fill some of the many huge holes in the gardens this afternoon.
