Crombie Country Park

A lovely, warm Autumn day.

As it was such a lovely day we visited Crombie Park and had a walk by the beautiful little loch. Lots of people out walking their dogs. We even met our super fit Pastor who was out running round the whole loch.

I had an assessment at the heart rehab unit at the hospital and they have arranged for me start on an eight week gym session. Maybe I will be fitter by Christmas. I have also lost nearly a stone and a half in the past five months so I am feeling much better these days.
