On the waterfront

Down at the shore today. Very intrigued by this somewhat shabby looking floating restaurant. Presumably not Robert De Niro - but who knows.

Biggest concern is the lifeboat. Presumably not required if you aren't planning to set sail (and I think by the look of this craft, that would be wise), but why add this for decoration when it looks like it has recently been dredged up after many years at the bottom of the sea?

Odd.
