I took part in cpr training today at work. One of our colleagues died earlier in the year after a heart attack and is much missed so it felt even more important to learn as part of the Save a Life for Scotland campaign. I've had first aid training lots before, and used it, but it's good to refresh your skills! (and I let my certificate expire a few years ago...I've every intention to re do it, eventually!)
